2. The Ascension

The tag division needs new teams. It's not like the division is hurting too badly these days, but it's definitely in need of some fresh blood. Cue The Ascension, who are the current NXT tag champs as well as a couple of guys with a dark brooding type of gimmick that will make them stand out from the pack. We say it all the time. The people that are different are the ones that will make a difference in the long run. The current duo that make up The Ascension are named Konnor and Vikor. Konnor's been there from the beginning (you may remember from NXT as Conor O'Brian) while Viktor became his partner in 2013 after Kenneth Cameron was fired by WWE. A good sign for the team is that they've had a history with The Usos from years ago in NXT (and even FCW), so once they become a regular team on the main roster and they have that feud the chemistry should be excellent between them. Hopefully they get to become regulars on the main roster soon because there's really nothing more for them to do in NXT. They're both in their early 30s. It's not like they need to learn that much more. They're ready. Time to bring them up.
