4. AJ Lee
The Problem: Despite being the Divas Champion for over 250 days, AJ Lee's character has become very stale and boring.
The Solution: A challenger that can emerge out of the pile of babyface divas that also need to have character development. It's like I said on the last page. The divas division is currently booked very poorly by WWE. They don't seem to care enough to even have AJ Lee do something different. In 2012, she really started to grow as a performer that was on TV all over the place in multiple segments per show and then in 2013 she became Divas Champion. What's weird is that it feels like she's actually gotten worse as a character or at the very least, has become one of the stalest performers on the entire show. She skips and skips and skips and then what? I like AJ Lee as a performer. I just wish she was doing more on screen, but it's not her fault. It's on the creative team to make us care about the women more than we currently do.
