WWE: 7 Superstars Who Desperately Need New Direction (And How To Do It)

1. Dolph Ziggler

The Problem: Babyface Ziggler is pretty boring and also barely on television. The Solution: A heel turn would help as well as a possible tag team scenario. Some guys are simply way better in a heel role than they are in a face role. Ziggler is one of those guys. It has nothing to do with his in-ring performances because he can always have compelling matches no matter what role he's in. Where there's an issue is that his persona is very heelish. He's the cocky guy that brags about great he is. We shouldn't be cheering guys like that, especially when he loses matches as often as he does. When was the last time he really had a compelling feud? Over six months ago when he was dropping the World Title back to Alberto Del Rio. It wasn't even that good, but at least he was on TV regularly. Look at his Twitter account: @HeelZiggler. He didn't even change the heel part even though he's trying to get fans to cheer him. The babyface thing isn't working for Ziggler. Turn him heel. He can thrive in that role if management ever gets behind him. That's the key. Another option is to form a heel tag team with The Miz as two disgruntled guys that are mad at where their place in the company is considering where they were earlier in their careers. It looked as though that team was actually going to be a reality, but then they went away from it. Not sure why. It's pretty simple. Ziggler's too good of a performer to barely be on TV. Find something for him to do because he deserves better.
