4. Continue The Feud By Attacking Your Rival On Raw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nf7-AbVUKXg If you lose a match or get screwed out of a win, the best thing you can do is keep it going by doing some kind of attack on Raw the next night. One of my favorite instances of somebody attacking a rival after a PPV match was all the way back in April of 1997. Steve Austin was embroiled in his amazing feud with Bret Hart that saw Austin win their WrestleMania 13 match by DQ after Bret received help from his brother Owen and Davey Boy Smith. Austin decided to attack Hart the next night on Raw as they had an impromptu Street Fight. Austin destroyed Hart with a steel chair much to the delight of the crowd (Austin was becoming a babyface by this point) and they had to take Hart away in an ambulance. It didn't end there, though. Austin attacked Hart in the ambulance in one of Raw's most memorable scenes ever. It was pure chaos. Amazing rivalry. We see that kind of thing all the time. Sometimes a match on PPV happens and that's it. Other times it continues with an angle to keep the feud going.
