2. John Cena
Remember the examples of Mark Henry and Big Show as WWE Superstars that keep going despite how hurt they may be due to their toughness? John Cena trumps both of them. At this point, you could drop John Cena from a plane with no parachute and he would be walking again in two days. The guy's recovery time is legendary; if the doctors say he will be out for six months, expect him back in four and don't be surprised when he comes back in three. But aside from injuries that required surgery and kept Cena on the shelf, the truth is that John is hurt more often than we know. Like every Superstar on this list, Cena usually just keeps going and stays the course. But what separates John from the rest of the locker room is that while others feel they don't have a choice, Cena knows he doesn't. Yes, WWE wants to protect their number one talent but the fact is that in order to fulfill all of the obligations that Cena has means he has to be there. And that means if he's sore, limping around or perhaps dealing with something a bit worse, then he just shrugs it off. He smiles, laces up the sneakers and then does his thing. And while many fans believe he came back much too soon from elbow surgery, the fact is that John wouldn't miss this for the world. Despite the ratings woes WWE has been dealing with that perhaps pressured Cena to come back sooner than he expected, I believe that he would have had it no other way.
