WWE: 9 Wrestling Talents We Lost In 2013

5. Mad Dog Vachon

Maurice Vachon is a true wrestling industry legend, heading up the renowned Vachon family, many of whom have also gone on to fame in the industry such as Luna Vachon. A true tough guy, he started out as an accomplished amateur wrestler, and competed at the 1948 London Olympics. Back in his native Canada he had a fearsome reputation as a fighter as he worked Montreal bar doors, and this led to him being recruited to pro wrestling. He became a huge success and is cited as an influence to many modern day stars of the last two decades. Vachon was an all time great heel in the industry, dominating in the prestigious AWA, where he captured their World Title on 5 occasions. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2010, he passed away in November this year aged 84.
