In the interview Hogan said he was "bored" and had nothing left to prove after 4 runs as WWF Champion. In reality Hogan was off to 'Hollywood' to further his career as an actor (no laughing please, he was serious). His final match was against the monstrous Sid Justice and although it was far from either man's greatest match up it wasn't all that bad. The ending came when Pap Shango interfered (eventually) and caused a DQ win for Hulk. Not quite the triumphant way to close the book on Hogan's full time WWF career. The other main event of the evening was Macho Man Vs Ric Flair. The match was a pretty decent but overly bloody affair that saw Savage win his second WWF championship one year after being forced to retire and Flair fined several thousand dollars for blading right on camera. Oops. The undercard was highlighted by a fantastic Intercontinental Championship bout between champion Roddy Piper and challenger Bret Hart. It also featured the singles debut of Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania as well as the continuation of Undertaker's 'Streak' and Tatanka's undefeated streak. Oh yeah, and The Ultimate Warrior did a run in during the main event. He lasted all of 6 months before disappearing once again.
