WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (April 19)
4. Stipulations
Man, Seth Rollins is pretty stupid, or uncreative, or both. He had an opportunity to pick any sort of stipulation that he wanted for Extreme Rules. Any stipulation! Somehow all he could think of was that Randy Orton could not use the RKO? Oh yeah, well what happens if he uses a Diamond Cutter? Wasnt there anything more devious that he could have blindsided Randy with? Why didnt he put a five second time limit on the match? Or how about Orton has to fight the entire roster first, and then The Great Khali, so he has to wrestle 40 matches, then fly to India and then back and fight while suffering severe jetlag. Or how about Orton isnt allowed to sleep an entire week before Extreme Rules? Even if the RKO cant be used, theres plenty of other ways to win a cage match...like I dont know...climbing out of the cage! And as for Ortons pick, I get it, he chose a cage match since hes supposed to be the hero here. But did he realize how absurd it was when he said there wont be any interference? Has he seen a WWE cage match over the past 15 years? Hasnt he competed in a few? Anyone and everyone gets into that thing.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
