WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Dec 20)

6. Every Kiss Begins With Lame

Where is Diamond Dallas Page when you need him? The man should have delivered a Diamond Cutter to everyone in the Kay Jewelers segment at TLC, and whoever thought it up. Okay, so Naomi is a heel and Jimmy Uso is a face. Since they€™re now on opposite sides of the spectrum, they don€™t talk about their marriage anymore on air (even when Naomi is dancing with her husband€™s opponents), but if it€™s time to sell diamonds, then dammit, these two are an item! At TLC, we were given a heartwarming commercial of the two WWE wrestlers trying to find some guy the perfect ring to propose. Do you think they would have done that if the cameras weren€™t on? Do you find it strange how much Naomi knew about the cut of diamonds? Maybe I€™m a Grinch and can€™t appreciate true love, but leave this stuff off pay-per-views! It was corny, and we already got enough Kay plugs as they were featured on every replay...which was quite odd seeing Sheamus get back body dropped over a guardrail as the jeweler's logo took up a third of the screen. Did Kay sponsor that attack?

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
