WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Dec 7)

1. Horrible Bosses 3: Vince McMahon

On one hand it was cool of Vince McMahon to join Stone Cold for his podcast. On the other hand, it just seemed like a foolish thing to do. Imagine the showrunner of Game of Thrones or The Walking Dead going on a podcast and openly talking about how one of their actors isn't clicking with the audience. Vince tried to convince us that he€™s not out of touch, but he failed miserably at that. His greatest joy in life seems to be pushing people in a pool. He also is adamant about having fun and €œmaking fun.€ Poor Cesaro, he was the only talent really called out specifically for not clicking. One of Vince McMahon€™s possible reasons? Because he€™s Swiss. What the hell does that have to do with anything? Did Bruno Sammartino have trouble getting over because he€™s Italian? Did Eddie Guerrero have trouble getting over because of his Mexican heritage? It was one of those moments where I really wish that Austin would have called out McMahon for the horrendous booking that Cesaro has gone through. Or just given him a Stunner. That'd have been cool too. And bear with me as I rant for a moment, but nobody wants it bad enough in WWE according to Vince? Nobody? How about CM Punk, he clearly had the passion in his interview with Colt Cabana. However, poor booking and broken promises kept him down. Daniel Bryan? The man sacrificed his body for the company, but apparently that€™s not good enough. Cesaro? He keeps himself in phenomenal shape, and as noted in a recent interview, never sees his family. This is all in the sacrifice of the off-chance the company won€™t continue to bury him after so many false starts. Bray Wyatt? Turned himself from Husky Harris to a phenomenal character, only to then to look like a loser against John Cena. Nah, only Cena himself has wanted it bad enough, and that was in 2004. No one else these past 10 years has. It€™s us stupid millenials. We€™re lazy, and unmotivated, and also a huge part of his audience. Lastly, Vince claims he€™s a good listener? Why did it take him so long to hear the Daniel Bryan hysteria? And how did he not hear a recent crowd chanting €œThis is stupid!€ over Hornswoggle and El Torito? Maybe he should get his hearing fixed. Time to kick out.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
