WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Feb 14)

2. Grab And Push

Fail a drug test: 30 day suspension. Fail your 2nd drug test: 60 day suspension. Jokingly grab your boss on TV: 90 day suspension (later shortened to 60) and lose out on WrestleMania, your biggest payday of the year. Let me just ask a question: If John Cena had tugged at Vince McMahon€™s arm on-air, would there be a suspension? How about Roman Reigns? I highly, highly doubt it. Hell, even Kane would have been fine. But a mid-card wrestler is expendable, even if they are getting a little bit of a push on TV. In a sense, this is my favorite WWE story in months, because it is so bats**t crazy. Vince has lost his mind. This is the same man, according to Chris Jericho, who tried to fight Kofi Kingston on a plane. This is a man who bragged about pushing Nick Bockwinkel into a swimming pool during his appearance on the Steve Austin podcast. He goes back to his tired talking point time and time again how it€™s all about fun. Wrestling is fun. But don€™t you DARE grab his arm during live TV. You have to feel bad for Titus, who has been humiliated, and will lose out on a large percentage of his income for the year. Apparently this was supposed to send some sort of message to the roster, but the only message it sends is that the company is run by an insane hypocrite who will gladly abuse his power if you hurt his ego.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
