WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Feb 26)

5. Rules Are Fun!

The Miz John Cena

If there’s one thing I’ve hated about Royal Rumbles in the past, it’s when a wrestler who has already been tossed out comes back in, throws someone else out and the decision stands. It’s so stupid! It makes you wonder why wrestlers bother leaving the match at all. They could just keep getting back into the ring and causing havoc, and then no one ever wins, and the company has to shut down because they never have another show since everyone is still trapped in the match.

This nonsense played out on SmackDown, as Cena was tossed out of the ring after eliminating Miz. The announcers just stated that those were the rules, and that we should all move on with our lives. But...but can’t we have one more rule? If an eliminated wrestler eliminates someone, then that elimination doesn’t count. Please?

Hopefully that upcoming WWE Rule Book will clear this all up, but I'd bet good money that Vince will never read the thing.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
