WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Jan 3)

4. Crappy New Year!

€œThis just keeps getting better!€ -Byron Saxton said as Zack Ryder came out to the ring.
Stop it Bryon, stop lying! Now, to be fair to Big Show, he actually didn€™t ruin Miz TV on Raw, because the heroes of WWE Superstars had already done that. It was a mess from nearly every angle. Perhaps most importantly, why did Ryback think it was necessary to belch into the microphone? Elsewhere on the skit, the R-Truth bit, the one where he finds out some obvious news and acts confused by it, has officially jumped the shark. Hey, for once I agreed with the WWE Universe (still hate that term with a passion), when they voted his Money in the Bank folly for LOL of the year. I even got a kick out of when when they did a call back to it a few weeks ago. Now, it€™s done. At this point, his character should be checked for severe brain damage and not be laughed at. You know, it€™s a shame that everyone kept cutting The Miz off, as there€™s no way his Yoga story could have been worse than that segment. If this was how WWE felt was a good way to end the year, then I fear for the first Raw of the year.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
