WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (June 28)

4. Lame Enough

Chris Jericho is no Steve Austin, Billy Gunn is no Bill DeMott (simply in terms of being kind of an entertaining hardass on TV, and not the creepy a-hole in real life) and Booker T...well, he does a fine job at being Booker T. Otherwise, the season premiere of Tough Enough was a pretty big downer. Perhaps there€™s just too much WWE TV to go around. The most recent season of Tough Enough in 2011, was possibly the best one. The highlight of the show was Austin verbally dressing down the final contestants at the end of each show. Now Jericho says a line, tosses it to the too nice Daniel Bryan, the poor judge of talent Hulk Hogan (Abyss is the next John Cena?) and Paige, who called out Josh, because she hadn€™t heard anything out of him. That was a pretty terrible reason. Why not nominate someone to be kicked off because she doesn€™t like their shirt? Besides the mediocre program, America wasn€™t interested in a seventh hour of WWE related television in their week as the show drew a .87 rating. Let€™s try to be positive, though. Maybe by the end of the season they€™ll discover the next Cameron!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
