6. Eva Marie Meets The Fans

Yikes, that was awkward. What was WWE thinking? They had Eva Marie come out in front of the rabid NXT fanbase and try to cut a live promo. The fans were absolutely not having it. Who does she think she is, Rhyno? You can€™t just have her step in front of that crowd and expect them to suddenly like her. When she walked out on stage, the crowd was quite hostile. The mere mention of her name angers folks. Initially, they cut to the one person in the crowd clapping, which made it seem like she€™s a babyface. Maybe? Well the boos remained audible and consistent. Eva politely asked them to stop multiple times to no avail. She tried putting over the NXT women wrestlers to score some brownie points, but that flopped as well. We€™ve never seen any character development from Eva to show that she's no longer a heel, so the fans accordingly treated her one. It€™s not like she's the Bella Twins where they€™ll show up and change their face/heel dynamic on a whim. Speaking of which€
