TNAs new home sure didnt do them any favors this week. During the middle of Impact, a commercial aired giving away the result of their main event! Before Kurt Angle, Eric Young and Bobby Roode could duke it out to become the number one contender, the ad told us that Bobby Lashley vs. Angle was going down on March 20. I guess we have our winner. Thanks a lot Destination America! While TNAs ratings didnt grow when the show aired live, its nice to think that what youre watching is actually happening right now. TNA, though, has weeks of shows in the can, which makes things feel a bit less fresh. Thats probably why Drew Galloway appeared to be taking some veiled shots at The Royal Rumble. I know Drew, I was pretty upset about The Boogeyman getting eliminated so quickly too, but that was six weeks ago, give it up!
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
