WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Nov 29)

7. Get Outta Here. We Got This!

Everyone makes fun of the James Bond films when the villain has Bond in their clutches, and instead of just killing him, they reveal their secret plans which then backfire on them about fifteen minutes later. I had a simliar feeling at Survivor Series when Big Show turned heel for the 1,569th time...this year. Seriously, the man turns after every meal he eats. Mid-match, Show punched John Cena in the yap. The Authority clearly had the odds on their side. They were so confident, they just let Show walk to the back. But why? Have Triple H and Stephanie never seen professional wrestling? Lots of wacky, unexpected stuff happens! Why didn't Show just sit on Dolph Ziggler's chest while Seth Rollins kicked him in the face for 10 minutes and pinned him? What would the ref have done? Disqualified him? He was already out of the match after punching Cena! And for the heel turn, The Big Show is often compared to Andre the Giant. Well, if you look solely at Andre's WWF career in the WrestleMania era, he was a babyface at the initial show, turned heel before WrestleMania III. Turned back face at WrestleMania VI, and remained a good guy for the rest of his career there. That sums up about a month of Big Show's career. Heel/face/heel/face/heel/face/heel/face. It never stops!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
