I’m finding myself unable to get into WWE promos these days. That’s at least in some part due to the fact that I’m easily annoyed. But I just keep waiting for the heel talking to make a needless WWE Network plug and it ruins the entire experience.

Instead of getting invested in Kevin Owens running down his opponent, I’m just expecting him to say something like “Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns, I despise you too so much that I'd never have dinner with you...like on Table for 3 on the WWE Network.” Or maybe something like “I’m gonna shock you so bad at Clash of Champions, that you’re going to feel like you’re a guest on Culture Shock featuring Corey Graves on the WWE Network!”

Anyway here’s the garbage we suffered through this week. Enjoy!

“You knew her movie Interrogation with Edge comes out tomorrow." Rusev on Raw (while Lana was HOLDING A COPY OF HER MOVIE right to the camera).
“Your Holy Foley family is pathetic.” Rusev on Raw to Foley (to be fair though...that’s a really good point).
“Are you working on your material for your next special on the WWE Network?” Kevin Owens to Mick Foley (please don’t).

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW.
