WWE Announces "Must-See" Wedding Segment For Raw

WWE's Raw go home for Day 1 is set to sound some Monday night wedding bells.

Sound the wedding bells!

WWE has announced that The Miz and Maryse will renew their vows on Monday's edition of Raw. The company are touting this segment as "must-see", which ties into Miz's regular catchphrase about...well, himself.

Almost hilariously, Raw's teaser blurb says: "There is no telling what can happen when a wedding takes place in a WWE ring". There certainly is some telling - these skits typically end with someone storming in to either object or brawl with the bride or groom.

On this occasion, it'd be a huge shocker if Edge didn't romp out to disrupt things and get some revenge for what happened on last week's episode. There, Miz and Maryse pulled the wool over his eyes during a talk show bit, then celebrated together.

Miz and Maryse originally tied the knot back on 20 February 2014. There's no word yet on whether or not their two children, or Miz's father (who gained some fame a few years back during a feud opposite Shane McMahon), will be involved in the segment.

WWE obviously hope that the wedding drama will pop a decent quarter hour.
