WWE Backlash 2016: 10 Shocks That Could Happen

7. The SmackDown Women Get Given Time

Routinely, matches featuring multiple women in WWE don't get a lot of time. Despite loud claims of a 'female revolution' in the promotion (something that undoubtedly has some merit), some of the same old problems remain. The exception to this rule is obviously the excellent Triple Threat between Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 32.

The 'Six-Pack Challenge' outing at Backlash will double that amount of participants, which means things could get a little iffy in terms of time. Becky Lynch, Carmella, Nikki Bella, Natalya, Naomi and Alexa Bliss will have to pack a whole load of action into their match, so things may seem rushed.

It'd be a complete jolt if this match to crown a new SmackDown Women's Champion was given ample time to breathe. Anything longer than ten minutes would have to be considered a surprise, which flies in the face of any notion of females being treated fairly.

Fingers crossed that they get between 15-20, but that would be a slight shock due to the jam-packed nature of the match.
