Batista finishes the documentary by expressing his disdain for the internet wrestling community and the fans who are booing him. Ironically, before the Rumble event, Batista comments "I know the crowd will be hot tonight." Afterwards he is clearly a bit hurt by the reaction he got. "Tough crowd," he says under his breath when getting backstage. Later in a sit down interview he says "Tell the truth, I wish the crowd had been a little more supportive." "It kind of breaks my heart when they say I don't deserve it. It hurts." The Animal then goes on to say how he gave ten years of his life to WWE all in all, fans have short memories, he earned his dues. It is a fair point on Batista's part, he did accomplish a lot in his 2005 main event run. Fans are fickle though and wrestlers have to deal with it. The DVD also mentions the fan who Batista got in a 'face off' with as he walked up the ramp after winning the Rumble. "There was this guy out there and he was instigating me, he kept flipping me off," Batista says, "I just told him I'd break him in half." However, apparently that threat wasn't serious, "It was all in good fun, I was in a good mood, it was an entertaining thing." Granted, both the fan and Batista were laughing together in the footage WWE have of the 'incident'. However, Batista saying he was in a "good mood" contradicts his earlier comment that he was "hurt" by the fan reactions. As for the internet wrestling community, "The internet take cheap shots at me, but I'm my own worst critic, they won't faze me." 'Batista The Animal Unleashed' is available now in the United States, with a release date of June 23rd in the UK.
