8. Seeing The Cruiserweights Back On WWE Pay-Per-View

It's crazy to think that WWE haven't presented a Cruiserweight Title match on pay-per-view since The Great American Bash in July, 2007. There, the diminutive Hornswoggle bagged the belt, so it's safe to say that things were much improved at Clash Of Champions. For the first time in a long time, WWE treated the high-flying title with credibility on the main roster.

T.J Perkins and Brian Kendrick were handed a decent amount of time for their match, and it was great to see the unique flavour they brought to the show. Having a Cruiserweight Title around adds some variety, both Kendrick and Perkins stood out amongst the squadron of heavyweight stars also on the card.

Simply put, it's brilliant to see Cruiserweight action featured once more on WWE programming. The company couldn't leave out their new strap on a show promoted solely on the idea that every Raw championship would be defended, but it was still cool to see.

Perkins vs. Kendrick won't be the last, but it was an awesome first for the new WWE Cruiserweight division on a top show.
