Whenever Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn meet in a WWE ring, fans can be heard chanting 'Fight Forever' in the direction of the pair. People can't get enough of seeing the real-life best friends wrestle, probably because their excitement and happiness at doing so comes across loud and clear.

Clash Of Champions featured an opportunity for the company to show some faith in Zayn and push him further up the card. Had he beaten Chris Jericho, he could have feasibly gunned for Owens next, coming through on his promise to someday hold the WWE Universal Title. As things stand, that won't be happening.

It was Jericho who went over on the pay-per-view, not Zayn. This means that the chance was lost to shunt the babyface up the ladder a little, pushing him into a top line feud. Currently, Zayn is treading water on the Raw roster, not really in the mix for any titles and without many wins under his belt.

It's tough to see what the plan is for Sami Zayn, he's best used as foil for Owens and his relatively new Universal Title tenure.
