Nothing was settled between Sheamus and Cesaro at Clash Of Champions. Alongside Chris Jericho vs. Sami Zayn, their match was the only that didn't have a title on the line, but fans were still eagerly anticipating the end result. Most presumed that Cesaro, having come back from 3-0 down to level the series, would be leaving with his hand raised.

WWE decided to throw a curveball out there, booking the referee to call the series decider off due to a supposed injury to Cesaro's arm. Naturally, the live crowd showed their displeasure at this decision, but it does mean that things will continue between both men on Raw.

General Manager Mick Foley can be expected to schedule a rematch between Sheamus and Cesaro for the show, because a winner of the 'Best Of 7 Series' has to be established. Still finely balanced at 3-3, the series conclusion has simply been postponed by management for around 24 hours.

There needs to be a rubber match, and it must happen quickly. Otherwise, the entire exercise has been for nothing.
