WWE Clash Of Champions 2020: 10 Most Likely Outcomes

5. Most Champions Will Retain

As far as long-term importance goes, Clash of Champions will probably be little more than a flash in the pan. The amount of filler on the card is responsible for that because those matches will likely feature predictable outcomes with almost all of the champions retaining.

You could go as far as to say that all champions will walk out the victors, but the irony here is that it's the WWE Champion who faces the biggest risk of losing his belt (unfortunately). Aside from the potential Randy Orton victory, it's hard to see any other title changes.

Asuka may be demoted to the Kick-Off show but there's absolutely no way she's dropping the belt to Zelina Vega and the very same could be said for Roman Reigns who will definitely be holding his gold again before the night is through. It's also unlikely the Bayley will lose the SmackDown Women's Title to Nikki Cross when her showdown with Banks is on the horizon and Nakamura and Cesaro have absolutely no reason to drop their Tag Team titles to the Lucha House Party. Meanwhile, Bobby Lashley and Jeff Hardy don't need to lose their respective gold so soon after winning it.

The Raw Tag titles match could go either way but the ending of this never-ending-rematch will no doubt be the same as it always is. The ending of the Women's Tag titles match remains a wild card because losing the titles could further the dissension between Baszler and Jax.

Overall however, this one won't change much.
