WWE Clash Of Champions 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen
3. Paul Heyman Almost Costs Roman Reigns
You might've looked at this article's featured image, palmed your forehead and thought this writer was about to suggest that Paul Heyman turns on Roman Reigns already. Fear not, because Heyman's treachery can wait for another day. It's far too soon for that sort of thing.
WWE can tease trouble in paradise however.
Their own story says that Paul E is thankful to Reigns for bringing him back in from the cold post-Brock Lesnar 'Advocacy'. If Roman finds himself in peril against Jey Uso on Sunday, then Heyman should panic and try everything he can to protect his 'Tribal Chief'.
Naturally, he'd come close to f*cking it up. That'd lead to some tough questions from Reigns (about whether or not he would've tried that during one of Brock's matches) on the next SmackDown. There's nothing wrong with painting Heyman as a borderline pathetic character who needs this job more than he'd like people to know.
