WWE Crown Jewel 2023: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. LA Knight Shakes Things Up

Wow!

Yep, the pitch here is that LA Knight scores a shocking win over Roman Reigns to become the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champ. Why not? The company must strike whilst the iron's hot with this guy. He's one of the most popular stars around currently, and a title run (no matter how brief) would legitimise him as a main-eventer.

Roman is a made man anyway, and he can always regain the strap before WrestleMania if the writing team fancies putting him in there with The Rock (their dream scenario) or "finishing the story" with Cody Rhodes. It's also fair to suggest that Roman's matches, whilst good, have become a tad predictable.

The Bloodline always saves his bacon, but...what if they don't/can't at Crown Jewel? An LA Knight title win would sure shake things up and get people tuning into SmackDown to see what's coming next. The cool thing is it wouldn't even be a swerve for the sake of it.

Knight has earned this. Nobody in WWE has the rags to riches story he does.
