WWE Crown Jewel 2023: 10 Things That Must Happen

8. IYO SKY Looks Strong!

Right, enough messing about here.

IYO SKY is in a delicate situation at Crown Jewel. She's feeling more and more like a transitional champion who’s waiting around to be dethroned by either Charlotte Flair or Bianca Belair. Instead of sleepwalking into that, WWE must make IYO look like she can stand on her own two feet by scoring a top win.

Belair will probs go full-blown heel at some point anyway, so she can eat the ‘L’ here and keep ticking without any harm done. It's not like a defeat to SKY will derail her career, or something nasty like that. Fans are crying out to see something new from Bianca, and this loss can facilitate meaningful change.

IYO might not be the most compelling character on the books, but she is one of the best in-ring workers WWE has right now. Shining up that aspect of her game, scripting a strong victory, then thrashing out some genuinely fresh contenders is the way to go.
