Logic dictates that this can't happen. It wouldn’t make a lick of sense, because IYO SKY has been literally fighting Asuka and Kairi Sane lately alongside Rhea Ripley. However, heels have beaten the crap out of one another to drop a babyface’s guard before. Ye olde swerve wouldn’t be anything new, but no - it shouldn’t happen.

SKY is doing fine as a babyface who relies on the strength of her in-ring performances, and there’s no need to change that for the sake of a shock result. Plus, seeing Rhea Ripley drop to defeat in Australia given the layout of this tag would just seem stupid. She should rightly be the biggest focal point in this match, and she has to score the pin on either Kabuki Warrior then celebrate with IYO.

It writes itself.

Triple H may disagree. Either that or someone on his creative team (as seen on WWE Unreal) could throw out a 'what if?' situation. It'd be silly, 'cause Rhea winning on her return home is a no-brainer and suits the story being told anyway, but swerves lurk in the back of fan minds for a reason. You just never know when one is coming, and wrestling is typically unable to resist 'the one thing you didn't expect to happen'.

It'll suck if IYO flashes a grin at Asuka or Sane early in the match then turns on Rhea for a 3-on-1 beatdown. Not only would that ruin one of only 5 matches on the card, but it'd also spit in the face of things that have been going down on Raw. Nah, surely this is an impossibility!
