Unsurprisingly, a Headscissors takedown wasn’t a particularly unique spot on the Cruiserweight Classic this week.

But in the interest of pulling something new out of the bag, Lince Dorado upped the stakes with his Headscissors, nailing the move on Mustafa Ali from the apron to the outside.

As high-risk as it was, he pulled it off to perfection. But as much as we should credit Dorado for the move, props are deserved for Ali as well for being both happy and able to take the bump. And to cap it all off, Dorado followed it up with an equally hazardous Asai moonsault to the outside.

After some of the more technical aspects that we saw on the CWC this week, this was far more along the lines of what we’d expect from a show that has been named as such. But in what turned out to be a brilliant match, Dorado and Ali weren’t done there…
