WWE CWC: 9 Most Awesome Spots From This Week’s Show (July 20)

4. Springboard Reverse Rana

Taking the action back into the ring, Dorado continued with the springboard offence, and though this one wasn’t to the floor outside, it was another rather risky spot.

Launching himself from the middle rope, he jumped backwards (though all the while still facing away from his opponent which, as you can imagine, requires a huge degree of trust). From there, landing on Ali’s welcoming shoulders, he cartwheeled backwards to hit a Reverse Rana to spike Ali’s head on the mat.

Again, as spectacular as this was from Dorado, you’ve got to give a ton of credit to Ali for his role in the move. Had he not been well-positioned on Dorado’s springboard, we’d likely have our thumbnail for Botchamania this week.

For the coordination, cooperation and trust involved in this one, the mouthful that was Dorado's Springboard Reverse Rana was easily one of the most awesome spots of the night.
