3. There's Barely Any Other NXT Participation

To hell with plundering NXT's ranks just because Raw and SmackDown's might be lacking though. Again, NXT deserves more than that, and it'd be a shame to see lip-smacking goodness like Adam Cole vs. Tommaso Ciampa cancelled due to "main roster" needs.

In this year's Draft, NXT should receive more names than it sheds if it's going to be involved at all.

For every Shayna Baszler going out, the show would need a few more names coming in. That could be top stars like Kevin Owens, or maybe a revitalised and reworked Liv Morgan would benefit. Or, put them both on there and show NXT as a place Raw and SmackDown workers want to be. The only thing that can't happen is a mass exodus.

NXT needs time to find its place on USA, and it could do without a massive roster overhaul during that honeymoon period. Stories like Cole vs. Ciampa and characters such as Velveteen Dream and Candice LeRae deserve their own spotlight.
