As the intro stated, Liv Morgan effectively picked Stephanie Vaquer on Monday’s Raw, which leaves Jade Cargill without an opponent for ‘Mania. Bianca Belair is still in the mix as a possible returnee, but that's looking less and less likely with every passing week. So, Rhea Ripley winning out this weekend and going after Jade sounds snazzy enough.

That's certainly more enticing than happy go lucky babyface Tiffany Stratton getting a rematch with Cargill. Being brutally honest, whilst Tiffy is a major star, she seems to have run her course on SmackDown and could use a jump over to Raw as a refresh exercise. Reverting to her stuck up heel role (one Stratton plays so, so well) might be a shout too.

Admittedly, Ripley winning does potentially limit what WWE can do with the Women’s Tag-Team Titles in Las Vegas, but Rhea can always pull double duty by working both nights. Hands up who'd mind that? Anybody? It wouldn't be a problem if someone as celebrated as 'Mami' defended her gold with IYO SKY then went after Cargill 24 hours later. Or vice versa. That fully depends on the strength of the tag match, but RHIYO have shown themselves to be one of the best female units in WWE ever.

Their matches are killer.

There's no good reason why Ripley shouldn't win on Saturday in Chi-Town. Rhea, Tiffany and possibly Raquel Rodriguez are the most likely winners, but Rhea stands out from that crowd due to the sheer impressiveness of a face to face with Jade.
