WWE Extreme Rules 2013: 10 Bloodiest & Best Extreme Rules Matches Of All Time

5. Street Fight: Shane McMahon vs. Kurt Angle - WWE King of the Ring 2001

http://youtu.be/4a-bKuchePo In the midst of the failed invasion angle there were some unreal matches. While most of these were hardcore in nature, their impact should not be underwritten. Although the involvement of the McMahons is one of the major points of contention that people have with this angle, and is one of the major reasons why it failed, we got this match out of it. That alone made it worthwhile. Shane O'Mac never disappointed in the ring. Yes, he stole moves and spots from other wrestlers. But wow, did he make it work. The risks that he took during his run outshine even the best from that era. This paring with Kurt Angle underscores everything that you could want from a hardcore match: blood, violence, crazy spots and loads of it. It is a must watch and may be one of the most underrated matches in the WWE.
