WWE Extreme Rules 2016: 10 Things That Must Happen
3. Dean Ambrose Beats Chris Jericho In The Asylum Match
It's rather strange to think that WWE have now created a Steel Cage affair during which a potted plant exists as a weapon, but at least it makes sense in context. Chris Jericho destroyed 'Mitch', part of his rival's Ambrose Asylum set before, so it has a place in the upcoming match.
Dubbed an 'Asylum' match, the caged confrontation is said to be the creation of Dean Ambrose. This means that he has to come out on top, it doesn't make sense to have him lose to Jericho in such a bout. The Lunatic Fringe did defeat Y2J at Payback, but a return win for the cocky Canadian isn't really a necessity.
Once Seth Rollins makes a return to action next month, fans will be begging to see Ambrose, Rollins and Roman Reigns collide over the WWE World Heavyweight Title. At some point, that match is a must for those in charge, and it could be tailor-made to main event SummerSlam.
Another win over Jericho would keep Ambrose ticking along, possibly into the fray at Money In The Bank.
