This could happen in a couple of ways. Being the proud, never back down, tough guy that he is, it's very plausible that the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion won't want to sit by idly while others scrap around him. The champ could be coaxed into the match by a Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns, questioning the Game's manhood and getting under his ego until he cracks, eventually screaming in frustration that he'll show them who The Game is!!! Alternatively, Vince could pull a sly one on his son-in-law. Coming out with the old "you must defend your title within 30 days" shtick, forcing the COO to defend his championship in a fatal four way situation. What an added bonus that would be for those watching the show. An unlikely event but one that would certainly add a lot of extra layers to the story and create a genuine surprise.
