By stark contrast, Kalisto's stock should hopefully rise following Fastlane. There must have been at least some temptation to take the WWE United States Title from him and return it to Alberto Del Rio on the pay-per-view. The fact officials chose otherwise is heartening for the high-flyer, because it shows some degree of faith in his abilities. Better yet, fans respond to Kalisto. He's popular with young children, due to his overall aesthetic, and he hits a spot with adults too because of his in-ring performances. In many ways, Kalisto is the man WWE have been looking for ever since Rey Mysterio stepped out of the company. It'd be foolish to give up on him now, he could easily produce an excellent 'Mania battle against someone like Neville. The promotion may have other things in mind, but it at least looks as though Kalisto will be handed a slot at WrestleMania 32. He deserves it, because he's everything those in charge had hoped the original Sin Cara would be way back in 2011. Fastlane was another stepping stone up the way for him, let's hope there's more to come.
