WWE Glasgow Live - 10 Interesting Observations

8. Lillian Promotes Survivor Series But Doesn€™t Tell Us About Seth Rollins Injury

I was doing some good old live tweeting for WhatCulture during the show in Glasgow and as I was reading through the tweets, I kept seeing comments about Seth Rollins with loads or crying emojis but I just assumed from Dave Meltzer€™s report on Wednesday night that Seth tweaked his knee and he€™d be fine so I didn€™t think anything of the tweets being sent to us.

Then during an exciting six man tag which I€™ll get to in another entry, I saw the news that Rollins had torn his ACL, MCL and meniscus and would be out for 6-9 months. It was gutting to read about it and as the show went on, various adults around us had read the news online.

Immediately, you begin to think about what€™s gonna happen to the WWE Title, you hope that Seth€™s OK and then you start singing the Deadly Game theme tune in your head. OK well maybe just me on that last part.

Towards the main event, Lillian Garcia got on the mic and promoted that Survivor Series would be live on Sky Box Office. This was the one time where I had expected her to actually promote you could get it on the WWE Network, but I guess she either couldn€™t be bothered or forgot. What€™s interesting is there was no mention of the Seth injury to the live crowd.

It could€™ve been worse though, we could€™ve been in Cardiff and instead of Rollins against Kane, got Kane against The Big Show. Cardiff, you deserve better. Much better.
