2. Mark Henry's Instant Classic Induction Speech

Without question the most satisfying moment of the entire night was Mark Henry's induction speech, an all-timer masterpiece that matches any piece of scripted drama Henry has ever performed in a WWE ring (yes, even that marvellous fake retirement speech).

From talking about his youth where he met Andre the Giant, to paying tribute to his mother (and her cooking), pleading with Martha Hart to allow Owen to be inducted, tipping the hat to D-Lo and asking The Rock if he can finally pay him back that money he owes him, it was a speech at once hilarious and heartfelt.

In non-kayfabe interviews, Henry has always come across as one of the smartest and most sensitive WWE superstars, and this intensely captivating speech clinched it. It should've been the headliner, really, because Goldberg didn't even stand a chance trying to follow it.
