4. Rob Van Dam
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1HilMUL_Ps Kane and Rob Van Dam were borderline main eventers on the Raw brand in late 2002, having both failed in multiple attempts to win Triple H's World Heavyweight Championship. With Triple H as 'the man' feuding with the returning Shawn Michaels and then Scott Steiner, the duo were put together on the Road to WrestleMania. They lost to William Regal and Lance Storm in a challenge for the titles at No Way Out 2003, after Kane inadvertently chokeslammed RVD due to his mask having been pulled down and covering his eyes. A further failure to capture the titles occurred during Sunday night Heat before WrestleMania XIX, after interference from the Dudley Boyz during their match with Chief Morley and Lance Storm. The pair did eventually, however, win the titles the next night on Raw. in a triple threat match with the champions Morley &Storm and the Dudley Boyz. Kane and RVD held on to the titles for 2 and a half months, during which they defeated the Dudleys at Backlash before dropping the belts to La Resistance at Bad Blodd in June. This came after RVD inadvertently landed on Kane at ringside. The pair split after Kane turned on Van Dam in the wake of having to remove his mask due to a stipulation in a match for the World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H, which Kane lost. The pair briefly feuded before going their separate ways.
