WWE Legend John Cena Undergoes Surgery On His Arm
'The Face that Runs the Place' recently went under the knife.
John Cena seemingly underwent surgery on his arm recently.
Not long after bringing an end to his latest run with WWE at Crown Jewel 2023, the multiple-time World Champion took to X/Twitter to thank Dr. Jeff Dugas for fixing one of his arms, with Cena also noting how it was now heading for therapy.
Thank you @JeffDugasMD and your entire team in Birmingham! One arm fixed, clean & headed for therapy … one arm left to go! Thank you again and see you ASAP for the next one!!

Interestingly, the Hollywood superstar would also reveal in this post yesterday that he would see Dugas and the Birmingham team "ASAP for the next one", suggesting that another arm surgery could be on the horizon for Super Cena.
Due to the then-ongoing actors strike, Cena was able to appear on a bunch of WWE shows from September onwards, popping up regularly on SmackDown and appearing on the Payback, Fastlane, and Crown Jewel PLE's.
With the strike finally ending recently, though, it looks like Cena's most recent spell with WWE is very much over. The star noted after Fastlane (via F4WOnline) how he would have to step away from wrestling again once the strike ended "because I'd put a lot of people in the movie business out of work if something happened to me."
So, for now, it looks like Cena's time in WWE is up.
