WWE Money In The Bank 2016: 10 Awesome Moments

5. Insane Interaction Turns Arm Breaker Into Superkick

Chris Jericho can often be heard noting on his Talk Is Jericho podcast that he pretty much invented the idea of the Money In The Bank Ladder Match over a decade ago. Whilst that's very much true, the Canadian didn't really have much to do with one of this year's most incredible spots.

Going for the briefcase and scampering up the ladder, Alberto Del Rio was stopped in his tracks by a hungry Cesaro. As the announcers wondered who might gain the advantage, Del Rio locked on a Cross Arm Breaker, pulling Cesaro's limb through the steel and cranking it painfully.

Adding more weight to the submission hold, the Mexican decided to hang up side down. Out of nowhere, Kevin Owens crashed the scene and nailed Alberto with a stunning Superkick to the side of the head. That broke the hold, sending Del Rio sliding down the ladder and back onto the ring canvas.

Fans were only just digesting the Arm Breaker, recoiling in shock when KO nearly lived up to his nickname with such a brutal kick. Awesome stuff.
