As of writing this article, it's unclear exactly where WWE plan on taking Baron Corbin. He doesn't appear to be a shoe-in for any title challenges at the moment, but he needs something a little different to the Dolph Ziggler feud. That's one that - recently - has dragged a little.

At Payback, less than a full month after winning the André The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania, Corbin was staring at the lights for Dolph. That seemed a baffling decision, but Corbin was then handed the win in a return match at Extreme Rules. The issue should probably have ended there, but they met again at Money In The Bank.

That wasn't what was right about the scenario, but it was correct to have Baron come out on the winning side. His victory was dominant in the end, setting him up nicely for a fresh feud against someone new.

In the long term, WWE have to do more with Corbin than simply push him into lengthy feuds without much story, but this was a step in the right direction.
