WWE Money In The Bank 2018: 10 Things WWE Got Right

3. Monster In The Bank

Braun Strowman

Just as it'd be foolish to overlook the importance of AJ Styles as WWE Champion, it'd be similarly unreasonable for anyone to question WWE's decision to put the MITB briefcase on big Braun Strowman. Braun deserves the chance to tease cashing in (before actually doing it), and he's a much more credible MITB winner than Baron Corbin was last year.

There's no way WWE will drop the ball with Braun like they did Raw's new constable.

Strowman, for at least the next few years and depending on how successful he is as champion when he eventually beats Brock Lesnar, will always be booked carefully. He's someone who blasted through Wyatt Family mediocrity, overcame the generic big man squash-match push and has hit a home run with everything else handed to him.

Right now, he's the best man to hold that briefcase, and he's a believable enough star to topple Lesnar's record-setting reign later this year.
