Cash In: Successful.

Cashing in his briefcase on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 26, Jack Swagger took advantage of a beat-up Chris Jericho and became World Heavyweight Champion for the first time in his career. His reign lasted a couple of months, but he finally lost the belt to Rey Mysterio in a fatal four-way match which also involved both The Big Show and CM Punk at the Fatal 4-Way PPV in 2010.

That would be Swagger's one and only World Heavyweight title run, however he did manage to win the United States Championship from Dolph Ziggler in 2012 and formed The Real Americans with Cesaro and Zeb Colter in 2013.

Once that team split, Swagger appeared less and less on WWE programming, before eventually departing in 2017.

He then spent some time on the independent scene and even debuted in Lucha Underground in 2018 as "The Savage" Jake Strong. Strong was the last man to ever win the Lucha Underground Championship before the show was discontinued in 2020.

Throughout this post-WWE run, the star had been building towards his MMA debut in Bellator under the name Jake Hager.

He made his MMA debut in 2019, is yet to lose a professional bout and now wrestles under the AEW banner as part of Chris Jericho's Inner Circle.
