Cash In: Successful.

Kane didn't waste time after winning the World Heavyweight Championship MITB ladder match at the first ever titular PPV in 2010, quickly cashing-in on a tired Rey Mysterio later in the night to win his first ever World Heavyweight title - becoming the first star to nail it on the same night as they won the briefcase.

This also made Kane the first ever star in WWE history to hold the WWE, ECW and World Heavyweight titles. He eventually lost the belt to Edge in a four-way TLC match at TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2010, which also included Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio.

Kane disappeared for a few months after being attacked by Mark Henry in July 2011 and eventually returned with a new intimidating mask, targeting John Cena among others upon his return. A fun Team Hell No partnership with Daniel Bryan followed and a surprisingly entertaining Corporate Kane run as part of The Authority ended in 2016.

'The Big Red Machine' would appear sporadically over the next few years, reforming Team Hell No on SmackDown and The Brothers of Destruction at Crown Jewel in 2018. He also challenged Brock Lesnar for his Universal title at the 2018 Royal Rumble event alongside Braun Strowman.

Under his real name of Glenn Jacobs, the former World Champion was elected Mayor of Knox County in August 2018.
