7. Destroying The Legion Of Doom

After teaming up, the two became popular heels, being genuinely entertaining in how they mocked their opponents and cheating to win most matches. In their first match as a tag team they beat the Headbangers by smashing a boom box on their head, establishing early on that they weren't your average tag team competitors. A week or two later they insulted Los Boricuas by first destroying their locker room and later coming to the ring dressed in their ring gear. This brazen approach to disrespecting opponents was none more evident than during their first major feud, coming at the expense of tag team legends the Legion of Doom. Road Dogg and Billy came to the ring dressed in LOD shoulder spikes and mocked their trademark entrance by screaming, "Ooooh, What a flush!" They also insinuating that LOD was an acronym for Last of the Dinosaurs. They broke every rule in the book along the way, eventually taking the titles after Road Dogg took a steel chair to Animal's back then living up their Outlaw name by escaping in a car.
