WWE Night Of Champions: 10 Hidden Gem Matches You Must See

These matches are rarely discussed as the best Night Of Champions has to offer...

WWE's Night Of Champions 2015 will be headlined by quite the colossal title bout. In the main event, Sting will challenge Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. This will be the Stinger's first Pay-Per-View appearance since WrestleMania, and his first crack at the WWE Title. It's a huge match, but it's not the first big main event the PPV series has seen. Over the years, WWE have pulled out some big matches for Night Of Champions. The event is considered part of the Vengeance lineage, even though it only became a true standalone event in 2008. Nonetheless, the show entitled, 'Vengeance: Night Of Champions' from 2007 will be considered for the entries on this list. Matches such as Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena (2014), CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy (2009) and Triple H vs. John Cena (2008) have all been huge bouts in the main event slot. Night Of Champions was originally a Pay-Per-View during which every title in WWE was defended, but there have also been some notable non-title matches on the show. This article aims to look at those matches hardly any fans talk about from the history of the annual event. In amongst all the big collisions listed above, many of these efforts have been largely forgotten. That's a shame, because there's some real quality scraps contained here.
