4. The Odd Pairing Of Big Show & Tajiri As Tag Title Contenders

The Dudleys were the heel WWE tag team champions that defended the gold against the team of Big Show and Tajiri. Huh? The only thing that Big Show and Tajiri had in common were they were on WWE's side at the time of this storyline. Even though Big Show was in WCW previously while Tajiri was in ECW, they were on WWE's side. It made it very confusing. They worked as faces and followed the standard tag team formula where the smaller Tajiri was worked on for much of it while Big Show received the hot tag. It wasn't that bad of a match. It's just that there really wasn't much heat or much of a story behind it. Rhyno showed up to hit the Gore on Show. That allowed the heel Dudleys to nail Tajiri with the 3D for the win. It was overbooked and didn't need the interference finish to beat a thrown together team like Show & Tajiri.
