Without being too harsh, there's a good chance that many used Baron Corbin vs. Jack Swagger as an excuse to visit the nearest bathroom or get some snacks in for the remainder of the show. There's always going to be those matches that provide breaks for some, that's perhaps unavoidable to WWE.

Those who did elect to skim their way through the skirmish missed one hell of an ending. As the second shortest match on the card (just a few minutes longer than Alexa Bliss vs. Naomi), Corbin vs. Swagger existed solely to enhance Baron and further establish him as a force to be reckoned with on SmackDown Live.

In order to achieve that, WWE had Corbin defeat Swagger in the middle of the ring with his End Of Days finishing move. Plaudits must go to Swagger for how he decided to take the slam. As a big guy, it can't have been easy to move as he did.

Flying through the air, Swagger landed with a satisfying crunch. Taking the move like a champ, he really helped put over the threat of Corbin's finisher.
